MARSHA ARD
Community Member for eight years

Board Committee Experience: I have served for the last four years as a member of the Johnson Ranch Board of Directors.  I have also served on other boards and committees, including the Johnson Ranch Landscape Committee, Johnson Ranch Strategy Team, and the Rose Farm Management Committee – a legacy pioneer home in Oregon City, Oregon. I have served as Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Chair for those entities.

I have a professional background of 25+ years in budgets and accounting, as well policies, procedures, and best practices. Having served in various capacities, I have a lot of exposure and experience to the challenges of the HOA. Our current Board of Directors is the best; we have diverse backgrounds and skills, challenge thoughts and ideas, and work together in productive ways. Being in an aging community, we must be proactive in maintaining our HOA, structures, and homeowner landscaping.

TIM BUSHNELL
Community Member for twenty years

Board Committee Experience: Over the course of my 20 years in Johnson Ranch, I have served a total of 13 years on the Board of Directors. I have also volunteered on the Johnson Ranch Nominating Committee and the SCP Committee, as well as others including the Knights of Columbus Council Executive Committee.

I’ve had a successful career in Fortune 500 companies, serving in contributor and executive roles. My education includes an MBA in Finance and Accounting. I am committed to ensuring Johnson Ranch remains a wonderful place to live. As an aging community, it is critical that the items identified in the Reserve Study are closely monitored to ensure Johnson Ranch is well maintained. We must also consider additional amenities that will benefit current and future homeowners, while keeping assessments reasonable.

Board Committee Experience: I’ve served on the Hope Women’s Center Board in Coolidge, AZ, for three years.

I’m 59 years old and have been married to my wife, Jamie, for 34 years. We have one son, Gino, who is 20 years old. We’ve lived in Johnson Ranch for 20 years, and I love our community, specifically the available amenities. I believe that I could assist in making it better by being more involved in the planning and development of the community. My employment background includes managing employees, creating budgets, and working closely with customers on sales and installation projects. I currently work for Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors as the Sr. Project Manager for the West Coast and have been with them for 18 years. My Business Degree is from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.
