There is a seat open to serve on the Board of Directors. The Association is accepting applications from individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors. The Board meets once per month (on the 4th Tuesday evening of the month) to make decisions on behalf of the community and assist in formulating community goals.
Board Candidates must meet the qualifications bullet-pointed below:
• An interest in serving your community
• Sign and abide by the
Code of Conduct in all Board/Public matters
• A commitment to upholding the Johnson Ranch Community Association
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
• An ability to listen and make informed decisions for the betterment of the community
• A time commitment until the next scheduled election, plus attending Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and other Community activities that may be necessary
• Be a Johnson Ranch property owner in good standing with the Association
