PARKING

Here at Johnson Ranch, there are several important parking rules. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our office during regular business hours at 480-987-8073.
 
Parking rules highlights:
  • Overnight street parking is prohibited between 1:00 and 5:00 am
  • Please park vehicles in your garage or on your driveway
  • Please do not park in your landscaping (gravel, turf, etc.)
  • Please do not block sidewalks in your neighborhood
 
Recreational vehicles (RVs) and boats:
  • Please let our office know if you will be parking your RV or boat outside your home by calling 480-987-8073
  • RVs and boats may only be parked on paved surfaces for up to 24 hours
  • RVs and boats may not be occupied while parked
  • All slide outs must be pulled in if your RV or boat is parked on the street

If you need to park on the street for an extended period, you may request a parking pass from Invictus, our community's overnight security company, using the button below. Parking passes are only valid for seven days.

AMENITY ACCESS + USAGE

Johnson Ranch is home to a wide variety of amenities available for daily resident use, including pools, parks, playgrounds, sports courts, and more. Click here to learn more about all the amenities our community offers.
 
Each Johnson Ranch resident in good standing with the Association is issued an amenity access card (electronic key card) which allows you to access gated amenities, including our pools and tennis courts. Amenity access cards must be requested by the homeowner or property manager listed on your home's account using our amenity access card form. Once completed, you may pick up your amenity access card from our office during regular business hours. Replacement cards are $25 each and can be purchased with a check or money order.
