Looking to gain access to our community pools and courts? You've come to the right place! Homeowners or their authorized parties must request amenity access cards but can grant tenant(s) permission to pick them up.

 

 

Once you have your amenity access card, you can request an amenity access ID card for your child between the ages of 15 and 17. An amenity access ID card will allow them to go to the pool with your amenity access card without an adult present (but they can't bring extra guests).

Notice an issue in our community's common area? With more than 300 acres to manage and take care of, we don't notice everything right away. The Association is accepting applications from homeowners to fill four (4) open board positions. Applications will be accepted December 2, 2025u through 5:00pm, February 3, 2026. Voting will take place February 24 - March 25, 2026. Candidates will be announced during the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Membership on Tuesday, March 25, 2026.

All committee member applications will be reviewed by the respective committee, our management team, and the Board of Directors. All committee members must be approved and appointed by the Board of Directors. It is recommended that all applicants attend at least one committee meeting before submitting their application.

 

Looking for a new gate fob because you live in the Stonegate neighborhood? You'll need to stop by our office during regular business hours to complete a gate information request form that we will send to our gate vendor. This form will also allow you to update how your name appears in the gate directory, change your phone number in the directory, or opt-out of the gate directory.

 

Our Association office is located on Bella Vista, west of Gantzel at 1475 E. Bella Vista Rd., San Tan Valley, AZ 85143. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Office closures are included on our online community calendar.
