Residents of Johnson Ranch enjoy over 300 acres of recreation and green belt space, 3 community pool with spas, a 9-hole pitch and putt golf course, a catch & release pond, tennis courts (that double as pickle ball courts), basketball courts, a sand volleyball court & a 9-hole disc golf course, 16 playground throughout the community.

Doug Ducey's Executive Order

Per Gov. Doug Ducey’s Executive Order, Effective at 5:00PM on Saturday, April 4, 2020.
All HOA Pools, Playgrounds, Baskeball Courts, Public Restrooms and Play Structures must be closed.
 
General HOA green space and parks (excluding play structures) may remain open for the time being, however, proper social distancing must be observed.
 
Gov. Doug Ducey extended this order through May 15, 2020.

WHERE IS JOHNSON RANCH

Located in Pinal County, San Tan Valley is adjacent to the Town of Queen Creek. Johnson Ranch residents are fortunate to enjoy low taxes and low Community Association assessments, which provides quality home ownership at affordable prices while offering a quality standard of living.

DIRECTIONS

From Phoenix take Highway 202 East to Highway 24 (Ellsworth Rd.). At exit turn right on to Ellsworth through Town of Queen Creek. Ellsworth becomes Hunt Highway. Approximately 10 miles down you will find Johnson Ranch Blvd to the right at the Johnson Ranch Water tower and next to Walgreens Pharmacy. Turn right and you are in Johnson Ranch.
