IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

JOHNSON RANCH HOA ON-SITE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTNER NOTICE.
 
Dear Johnson Ranch Residents,
 
This message is to inform you that there were specific threats made to our Management Staff and Management Office. The HOA office will be closed, and the Management staff will be teleworking until further notice.
 
At this time we do not recommend using the Pitch N' Putt Course or any other facility close to the Management Office. If you need assistance, please email the appropriate staff for your issue/needs. (Click on the link below for a list of staff emails.)  You may also call the office at 480-987-8073, as staff members will be calling in to check voicemails.  In addition, for any after-hours emergencies, you may contact our Customer Care Center at 480-551-4300.

WHERE IS JOHNSON RANCH

Located in Pinal County, San Tan Valley is adjacent to the Town of Queen Creek. Johnson Ranch residents are fortunate to enjoy low taxes and low Community Association assessments, which provides quality home ownership at affordable prices while offering a quality standard of living.

DIRECTIONS

From Phoenix take Highway 202 East to Highway 24 (Ellsworth Rd.). At exit turn right on to Ellsworth through Town of Queen Creek. Ellsworth becomes Hunt Highway. Approximately 10 miles down you will find Johnson Ranch Blvd to the right at the Johnson Ranch Water tower and next to Walgreens Pharmacy. Turn right and you are in Johnson Ranch.
