Denise Farrell
DENISE FARRELL
President

Denise has lived in Johnson Ranch for nearly twelve years and loves her neighbors, neighborhood, Arizona weather, and home (plus the relatively low property taxes here in Pinal County). As a board member, she strives to ensure accountability to homeowners from the board and management team, maintain property values, and refine the Association's communications. Denise has previously served on the Volunteer Workforce Committee and Nominating Committee and loves the opportunity to make a difference in her community.

Before committing herself to the Johnson Ranch Board of Directors, Denise has worked with the Pinal County Public Health Services District and for the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She loves to crochet, golf, play pickleball, and line dance — oh, and she adores her four-legged best friend, Murphy.
Justin Smith
JUSTIN SMITH
Vice President

Justin has lived in Johnson Ranch for just over two years. He loves our community's diversity and seeing everyone come together in our beautiful shared spaces. Justin joined the board to give his neighbors a voice and hopes he can represent the community and their needs.

When board duties do not occupy him, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, hiking, and traveling. He also volunteers throughout the community and at his church. Before moving to Johnson Ranch, Justin has volunteered and worked for the fire department, emergency medical services, and law enforcement.
Deborah Grett
DEBORAH GRETT
Secretary

Deb has lived in Johnson Ranch for more than two decades and loves all of the wonderful people she has met here. She loves all of the wonderful things our community offers, including the common areas and open spaces. Deb is excited to be more involved as a board member and hopes to help increase homeowner participation in the community, improve resident communication, and ensure that Johnson Ranch is a safe, fun place for everyone. She is specifically interested in taking care of our existing amenities and adding amenities as finances allow.

At home, Deb has two dogs — Sasha and Lexi. She adopted Sasha while working from home during the pandemic and fostered her seven puppies until they were adopted out, but she had to keep at least one (that's Lexi).
Tom Luzzi
TOM LUZZI
Treasurer

Tom has lived with his wife and grandson here in Johnson Ranch since 2009. He loves the cleanliness, green space, and all of our community's amenities. Tom ran for the board in 2020 with a desire to provide residents and homeowners with transparency, communication,  and lifestyle programs. He hopes to be able to add amenities to Johnson Ranch and see neighbors come closer together.

Tom and his wife previously owned a five-star restaurant and now operate the largest home watch company in North America. As a player and a builder, he is a member of the AFL Canada Hall of Hame. Tom is proud of his wife for being in the top five percent of real estate agents in Phoenix and loves that his 15-year-old grandson knows everything (at least he thinks so).
Marsha Ard
MARSHA ARD
Director

Marsha moved to Johnson Ranch five years ago. She loves being part of such a large community where so many talented people come together to achieve our vision "To be recognized by the residents as an outstanding place to live." This vision is precisely why Marsha serves on the board, to represent homeowners, maintain amenities and common areas, provide engaging activities, promote strong financial practices, and strengthen the sense of community.

Outside of Johnson Ranch, Marsha serves as the chairperson for the Oregon City Rose Farm, one of the oldest pioneer homes in Oregon, where the Oregon Territory was formed. She loves seeing this farm beautified and improved as she does Johnson Ranch.
Allison Black
ALLISON BLACK
Director

Allison has lived in Johnson Ranch for seven years and loves the amenities our neighborhoods have to offer. As a board member, she wants to help our community grow and stay up-to-date. Allison has previously served as Vice President on our board. She understands her stewardship of homeowner funds and the importance of serving on committees, including the Design Review Committee. She is excited to work every day to maintain Johnson Ranch as a great place to live.

Outside of her board responsibilities, Allison is a dog mom, enjoys concerts and live music, is a car karaoke enthusiast, and loves our San Tan Valley sunsets. She's a leap year baby and triplet who is grateful for the opportunity to live close to some of her family.
Sandy Russell
SANDY RUSSELL
Director

Sandy and her husband decided on early retirement and moved to sunny Arizona from Washington in 2011. She loves the pools, parks, and people in our community! Sandy has prioritized learning and understanding the various aspects of Association rules and laws and uses this knowledge as a board member. She loves serving her community and has been a member of the Landscape Committee, Nominating Committee, and Volunteer Workforce.

Before moving to Arizona, Sandy was an Estimator's Assistant in the construction industry. She now has four beautiful daughters and several grandchildren who she adores, plus three fur babies adopted from Arizona rescue groups.
